Americana sites range in size from 2200-3500 sq foot, with 45′-85′ lengths

Each site is uniquely landscaped with native plants, fruit trees, palms, live oaks, and mesquite trees. Enjoy the luxury of space and privacy. All sites include 30/50-amp electric

Rates are based on TWO guests per site, with a rate of $2.50 per day for each additional guest. Guest must register in Office. Rates are subject to change.

Nightly Tent Site $36/night, no hookups (+ $10 with Hookups)
Weekly $230/week (Double Lots: $320/week)
1 or 2 Months $530/month (Double Lots: $635/month) + electric*

6 months $2910 (Double Lots: $3990) + electric*

*Electric meters are read on the last business day of the month or the last day of your stay. Electric is sub-metered by AmeriCana and NOT the local energy supplier and billed at the respective day’s current rate.
